We were honored to host a special team-building experience at the Cool Japan Center for the teams from Yamaha USA! Led by Izumi Minamitani-Sensei, President of the Ikenobo Ikebana Society of Los Angeles, 29 participants were introduced to the beauty and mindfulness of traditional Japanese flower arranging. Through Ikebana, the teams explored creativity, balance, and collaboration—key elements that translate seamlessly into the workplace. It was inspiring to see everyone engage in this cultural experience, creating unique arrangements while strengthening connections with one another.
